FAQ

  • What kind of wax do you use?
I use a paraffin/soy blend in my candles and wax melts.
  • How long will my candles burn?
Paraffin/soy wax burns around 7 -10 hours per ounce, depending on environmental situations.
  • How do I keep my flames from flickering and burning too high?
Be sure to trim your wicks to 1/4 inch before you light your candle with every use. This will keep the flame at a safe height and reduce black soot around your candle jar.
  • How long can I safely burn my candle?
Candles should never be burned for more than 4 hours at a time. Your wick will begin to mushroom and your flames will burn too high. Burning for over 4 hours causes carbon dioxide to build up and could cause the jar to explode. Never leave your candle unattended, around children or pets.
